establishment press almost admits it

Extract from Guardian, 10.10.01, Mohamed Heikal, the Arab world's foremost commentator, talking to Stephen Moss
a chink in the censorship:
'He also questions whether Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaida network were solely responsible for the September11 attacks..."Bin Laden does not have the capabilities for an operation of this magnitude....Bin Laden has been under surveillance for years: every telephone call was monitored and al-Qaida has been penetrated byAmerican ...Pakistani...Egyptian intelligence. They could
not have kept secret an operation that required such a degree of organisation and sophistication".....
There may, Heikal believes, be some as yet undiscovered element in the atrocity of September 11.
yes - like the terrorist state immolated its own citizens

This is supposed to be the cast iron case against bin laden!!
As the case against Bin laden dissapears up the U:S arsehole the case against the CIA grows stronger and stronger.
If any of us went before a judge and said, errr I heard or it has been said , the judge would boot us out of his court.
At best the judge would call it hearsay and we would probably be locked up for wasting the courts time. The Bush/Blair case is full of this bullshit.
Surely a serious unvestigation would take a look at known associattes of Bin Liner, like the CIA and Bush's family.
The day after the attack the CIA was said to have been guilty of a serious intelligence fuck up. A few days later Bush n'Bull goes along to the CIA HQ doing his best fonzy impersonations, saying that all is forgiven and the CIA is back at the top of the class carrying on with it's fuck up millions of peoples lives policies.
Then there are a series of strange details before, during and after the attack . No one, reputable, seems to have documented the schedule of the sept 11 attack. RE the response by the U:S authorities, I would like to know what the emergency procedures were,or should have been.
I would be very interested to know if these procedures were followed, the plane that hit the pentagon was long after the attack on the twin towers so they knew that something very serious was going off. They had 12 minutes, by this time the world was watching it live on TV, and it can't have been too difficult to see where the plane was going.
The U:S must have had some inkling that an attack involving
hijacked aircraft was a distinct possibility. They would have had a plan of action to deal with any such attack, if not they really are a bunch of wankers. Surely this would mean scrambling fighter aircraft at least, I would be interested to know , a) wether they had a plan, b) did they use it, c) why not ?,
My guess is that the fourth plane down anyway .
regarding the collapse of the towers.
It seems that the emergency services were completely unprepared for the collapse of the first tower.
Over 300 hundred cops and firemen were lost, which is pretty terrible, these people were in chain of command some one has to be responsible, their superior officers ordered them to go there. But surely there must have been someone who knew that there was a good chance of the buildings collapsing. Reading the list of victims I didn't notice anyone of higher social level than an army Colonel (retired) and the pilots of the planes (captains)
I suppose 09:30 was too early for the big bosses of the WTO
correct me if I am wrong*** but no big nobs died in this criminal atrocity, against it would appear (only) ordinary people.
***The corporate press is so t.d arse that I can only bring myself to read a certain amount.

heading for the pentagon. As I understand it they didn't even call the pentagon and warn them. It seems completely mad, I would have thought the pentagon would be some kind of central command centre, so how comes they didn't evacuate the building ? ? it just doesn't make sense .
I might be badly informed, but then again aren't we all and isnt that part of the overal plan ?

You're not by any chance an office manager, are you? As well as having 20/20 hindsight, the thing you sound most upset about is that correct procedure wasn't followed.
Maybe somebody re-arranged your paperclips and brought on a tantrum.
Chill out, bro'.

If you're going to quote something at least be honest about it, and don't try and pass off your own asinine opinion by appending it to the quote.
