Building anti-racist, anti-war university networks

I'm not sure how to go about this but I wanted to help facilitate the networking of University anti-racist, anti-war coalitions. In Canada and the United States coalitions have formed(or are forming) between groups across the country. This will help us share ideas, discuss strategies and plan simultaneous actions. No doubt there are similar groups forming in the UK. This is a call to any university student or group that wants to be involved in a much larger network. Let us work together and tell our governments that we will not stand for war and ethnic scapegoating.
Please email me with your ideas or contacts. Also, if anyone can translate this message and send it to the universities in the other NATO countries, that would be very helpful.
Thank you
Tony Neale

Check out the people and planet website.
It's a bit of a cheesy name but it's a good network. There are branches in lots of UK universities and members focus on the following campaigns:

Climate Change
Trade Justice
Drop The Debt
The Ilisu Dam
Ethical Investment
The Arms Trade
and something called "footprints" (not sure what that one is about).

Anyone who's a student should have a look at the website.
Also, it would be good for other organisations and P+P to form links - ideally, the whole anti corporate globalistion movement should form a loose non-hierarchical coallition so that people working on different campaigns can back eachother up and give eachother support and share information and stuff like that.
