There's another vigil that has been called for 7pm opposite downing street, also on tuesday. I think this was originally planed as remberance for shabra and shatilla (sp), but is now expanded into a general peace vigil. See you on tuesday.

We'll be opposite Downing Street from 6pm onwards. We're holding a vigil for peace: remembering the lives lost last week and saying No More Innocent Victims, Stop the spiral into war.

But a word of caution: this isn't a time to rage. People are still grieving. We're coming with flowers: no singing, no chanting. We think lot of people are going to start coming to these demos who have never been politically involved in their lives, because they know this time is different. We need to build an inclusive peace movement. Raging is not what's needed right now: sanity is what's needed.
