Attacked by an Amrs Trader!

After the demonstration, which was mostly a case of S60 used yet again, three of us left the pub we had been drinking in to go home at about 7 o'clock.
Travelling on Docklands Light Railway, we encountered large groups (in total a couple of hundred) of arms dealers. No other demonstrators seemed to be present. These arms dealers were almost instantly recognisable for their business clothes, posh watches and instant reserve for lesser mortals.
Our suspicions were confirmed by one of this group wearing an Excel badge which gave access to the Arms Fair. He quickly removed it (blushing as he did so) when we pointed his badge out. Some dealers stated that selling weapons "was a business", others claimed that they were "financial advisors" or "stockbrokers" even though they were with the same party as the arms dealer.
After friendly banter and fake "shooting" (with fingers) of arms dealers, three of us ended up next to a group of three business men (2) and women (1) on a light raliway train to Bank. One of these people - identified as both the boss and Managing Director by the name tag worn on his jacket, and his egotistical manner claimed to be part of a large catering company.
We entered into dialogue with them, which quickly became very heated from one side with the Managing Director (of a company we could not make the name out from his name tag): a 6ft tall, ginger man with a northern UK accent and slight pot belly. This man almost immediately stated that we should all three of us should have been killed at birth! He said he flew from the US very often, and clearly rated himself as top cat.
When we confirmed his name ("Jerard/Gerard P/M Thompson") and his position ("Managing Director") from the name tag he was wearing, one of us said : "I hope you have a clear conscience!" since there was no reason to doubt that he was from the Excel centre. This made the man extremely aggressive - I wonder why?
At this point, (as we were approaching Bank Station) the man stood up and tried to insert the side of his brown leather briefcase into the activists mouth. Saying : "Open your mouth so I can squeeze this in", the activist stayed seated and refused to respond to this provocation. The briefcase was forced into the face of the activist, and this was not responded to, as this seemed the best way to avoid violence. As the doors to the train opened, the Managing Director poked the activist in the eye with his index finger and ran away, to the shouts of anger of this activists two friends who saw blood seaping from the eye.
This incident was partially captured on Bank CCTV cameras, and can be confirmed from the station staff. The two activists and this mans two associates were also witness to the attack. Clearly, charges will be pressed, and help is wanted in identifying the perpretator of this assault. If anyone can help from the information given, then please post this as a comment at the bottom, or to :
