quick question

laudable stuff I'm sure, but I don't see the section dealing with the arguments about anarchist programmes/activism in the UK or in recent history. a little bit of an indication of its failure to be relevant isn't it?

you misunderstand the nature of the FAQ

You misunderstand the nature of the FAQ -- its to
present a general case for anarchism rather than
reflect every single thing anarchists are involved
in across the world. If it did do that it would not
only be reproducing what numerous other anarchist
webpages are doing, it would also mean that an
already large task would be even larger.

However, I would point readers to section J
("What do anarchists do?") in which we discuss
various things anarchists do to make their ideas
relevant -- for example, a discussion on industrial
and community unionism, the role of anarchists
groups (who do the actual activism and discussions).

for good discussion of anarchist activism and
programmes, try www.struggle.ws/wsm.html and
www.infoshop.org or visit the many anarchist
groups listed in the links page.
