GENOA, Italy (CNN) -- Twenty people arrested during the violence-scarred G8 summit last month are to be released, a panel of three judges in Genoa has ruled.
They include at least 17 Austrians and three Americans, one of whom is 21-year-old Susanna Thomas. The release of five others -- three Austrians, a Slovak and an Australian -- is expected to be ordered at the end of the week.
