Are you the ex-soldier APU student who got arrested for grafitting Churchill's statue in MayDay2000, and pointed out he was a mass murderer?

I dont know what to say. Your report brings tears to my eyes. I was with you for a time in genoa and I'm glad to see you're safe and well.

Our knowledge of the international suffering caused by state and capital probably offers little solace to carlo's family. Maybe it does.

All I can say is stay strong comrade. Dont feel alone and vulnerable. Remember what the Italian Gramsci said
'Pessimism of the intellect optimism of the will':

No matter how dark your thoughts get because of what you saw in Genoa, you must keep on going and stay strong.

'NOTHING LASTS FOREVER TODAYS EMPIRES ARE TOMMORROWS ASHES'

all sympathy to carlo's family and friends:

Was really moved by your account. Am making a film based on eyewitness accounts of Genoa and would like to invite you contribute. Please get in touch if you're interested.

Hope you're feeling better.

I met you in the stadium that night. You seemed remarkably together considering what you'd been through. I guess it took a bit of time to filter through.

Thoughts to you and Carlo's family.

Another world IS possible, it's just a shame we have to fight to get there. We do though, and we will.

Re "After the first death, there is no other.

I'm fairly sure I came across that phrase when i studied modern lit. Im not sure entirely, but i can narrow it down to a final line by either Dylan Thomas, T S Eliot, or Louis MacNiece.
