Andrew Wood, Undercurrents | 05.08.2001 18:00

Thousands of people from Europe and all over the world gathered to build a symbolic life boat in Bonn, Germany while ministers from 180 countries met to discuss a treaty to limit climate change. Radical cheer leaders from the United States sang while planks of wood painted with messages of hope were banged into the side of the boat, which was then pulled two kilometers to the Conference Centre. Duration: 5:15 minutes.
