Protester arrested at Italian Consulate Dublin

Irish Police "Get Tough"

About 30 people protested outside the consulate Friday evening for the release of Joe Moffat. Joe along with other friends is being held without any justifiable reason in prison cells in Genoa.
During the protest one of the people involved was arrested by irish police for "Breach of the peace".
Apparently members of the consulate complained about the level of noise outside. Under Irish law a police officer
has to give their name before arresting an individual. This did not happen. The arrestee will be in court on Monday
for the above "offence".

Heather, a NZ citizen, Filmed this unjustifiable and irregular arrest of a peaceful protester. Using the term 'bullshit' outside the Irish Dept. of Foreign Affairs is seemingly now an arrestable offence.
