Plastic Bullet Kill !!! BAn Then !!!

I knew it, I feared it, I fucking smelled it since the Goteborg days.

According to newspapers La Republica and La Stampa, the Italian government has decided to start adopting plastic bullets.

It is their way to capitalise on Carlo Giuliani's death. Already after Goteborg and before the Genoa G8, there were hints that the new government coalition, an ulikely mix of fascists,
separatist/racists and neo-liberalists, would push towards this measure. In the last three months several newspaper articles quoted American "security experts" saying that European countries should
start using plastic bullets as an effective measure of crowd control. These papers, of course, said nothing about the fact that in Northen Ireland 17 people have been killed by rubber bullets in the
lasts two decades, not to mention those who have been permanently injured, maimed, blinded.

Premier Mr Berlusconi decleared in several occasions that Italy was going to become America's best friend in Europe. Obviously Berlusconi was not talking about the America of the Civil Rights
Movement, Martin Luther King, Malcom X and Cesar Chavez nor about the America of artists like Ralph Ellison, Langston Hughs and Jude Jordan. What appeals to Berlusconi is the Cult of the Dollar, the
Nuclear Nightmare Diplomacy and the Culture of Zero Tollerance dear to the likes of racist, hitchy-trigger-finger, New York ex-mayor Rudy Giuliani.

These days Argentina, yet another "model-economy", collapses under the
weight of structural adjustment programs; the financial world faces a
serious "liquidity trap" (investors are too scared to trade and prefer to cling on to their money); and a growing, transnational social movement is succeding in delegitimising the neo-liberal model.

It is the time for the cowboys in charge of so called democracies of the West to "flash their cocks" at the world. The number one weaponry-dealer George Bush tours Europe, amidst wide-spread protests,
trying to push his missils; in Sweden and Italy the governments react to massive public unrest by firing live ammunitions against protesters.

So called international crisis are dealt with intimations by NATO to hand over weapons -that in most cases were built within NATO countries and sold by pushers the like of George Bush-.

Yesterday the BBC showed a movie about an arm trafficker who was tricked into buying his own weapons. The film was stupid but the idea was indeed very descriptive of real situations.

Sick and tired of the hypocrisy of the rich and their lackeys
today we say STOP the ARM TRADE, STOP NATO, BAN PLASTIC BULLETS, BAN ALL BULLETS
