the traumatised Bradford police officers who are claiming against the authority the trauma or injury - the traume is real - receipt of powerlessness and/or violence and not the delivery they are used to.Payouts could bankrupt the authority which could let a straight battle commence - hardly likely to happen. Can the police no longer be allowed into the arena of public conflict lest they suffer too much distress?- we hope! More likely returning better armed.
