As the consulte announces, all of the 25 activists of the no border no nation publixtheatre caravan who have been arrested outside of genua are now in inprisonment of demand! The consulate was present when the sentence was proclaimed.
The theatre activists are accused of vandalism, endangering public safety and affiliation of the "black bloc". The court acts on the assumption, that they were the core of the "black bloc".
At present all arrestants are in alessandria, where they are questioned, but the women will be brought back to voghera.
The lawyer of thte austrian activists has immediately demanded a reopening of the proceedings under a different judge and that they are handed over to Genova. Italian court has to react on this demand within 10 days. A possible second judge has to decide within 15 days. In Italy inprisonment of demand can be imposed for six month, than they have to get a trial.

Please protest, we have to get them free!!
