Who is "Canaghan"? Reports from Genoa hospitals on Brits there

Rochelle | 24.07.2001 19:11

Thanks to Cecilia for finding the following news... A hospital in Genoa says they have a Brit called Canaghan. Does anyone know him? Also no record of Dan MacQuillan, John Blair or Lawrence Miles in any hospital (although will verify later). Sky has had surgery, "can walk" but still under armed guard, we think. No latest on Richard or Nicola.

The lovely Italian Cecilia helpfully called the hospitals to try to find out more about the people there. Unfortunately we don't have much news, but there is no record in the 3 hospitals in Genoa of either Daniel MacQuillan, John Colin Blair or Lawrence Miles. (ie no record of them ever having been there). She is going to try calling St Martino again later on, when the shifts change, as she felt they were the least obliging and maybe someone more helpful would be able to find out more. If anyone hears anything, please let everyone know!

There's also a report of an English guy called Canaghan in hospital. Does anyone know who this might be?

Sky is now 'fine', 'can walk now' and has had surgery on his chest. He's not allowed to come to the phone which implies he's still under armed guard. Cecilia passed on messages of support! I personally don't know the latest on Richard or Nicola.

Take care,
Rochelle
