he is our brother, our son. he is the voice

This young man has given his life, for the children, who are starved to death every day. He is the voice of thoses who can not speak for themseles. He is the voice of the new movement , the voice of the new politic, which is not going to go away. We have lost a lovely human being a brother and we should not weep. Let us take from his unselfish act and build a movement that he has fought for and make his act, the act of us all, a fight to the end.

What is life without freedom?

The murder victim is just one of millions who have been killed or starved as a result of these eight 'rich' countries. However, what is different is that even many die-hard anarchist thought that underneath western governments would not treat civilians in the same way as China, Iran, Israel, Afghanistan, etc. This murder is the first in many and represents a turning point in state tactics, from propaganda to terrorism. This young man raised a hand against his oppressors and they killed him in cold blood. He is the first of the war dead in Europe (there are many more dead in Latin America, Africa and Asia, thanks to neo-liberal fanaticism and state tyranny). But we have killed nobody and we are armed with just sticks, stones and words. This is a war against the people launched by capitalist governments. This time the machines of war are turned on all of us, not simply the ghostly images of starving Africans which seem so far away and unreal, even surreal. It's brought home the terrorism of capitalism to everyone in Europe and I believe it can only draw us together. Sadly, another man has fallen and that makes me very sad.
