Dogmatic Politics in the states New Left

...

Absolutism and dogmatism; when will political parties, groups and or individuals be free of such
constraints when participating in the political arena; can one exist without the other?

Though seemingly diverse, the “new left” in the states seems to be only as objective as the
political groups theories and rhetoric they associate themselves with.

Priding themselves on inclusionism, cultural relativism, lack of bias, the pursuit of justice and
freedom for everyone and everything, its surprising everyone has jumped on the bandwagons of
politcal parties and theories, that where established in the west during 1800's. Not that social
science was a complete joke at the time, but to the dislike of much of the new left, most of those
dominating paradigms were created to be bought and sold in the academic arena (whose
participants were almost solely upper class) Of coarse the message outlives and is generally more
relevant then its supplier, one can’t help but think that something seems wrong. Can anyone
name any political parties and or theories that are not dependant on vast sweeping
generalizations, absolute truths, the assumption that humankind is rational, the assumption that
humankind is fully capable of predicting cause and effect chains, and a party and or theory that
isn’t horrible derivative and dependant on the judeo/christian western tradition, and Aristotlean
syllogisms (the lastly being some of the most flawed logic around)? All of these systems have
excellent interpretations and ideas, but as a whole, they appear riddled with dogmatic holes. That
for them to even become a reality, they must compete with and overcome other systems seems to
contradict the reasoning of the participants joining to begin with.

Where is the new left in the states to go when every faction has to spend time on trying to sell
they’re parties ideas?

Why is everyone so quick to solidify their neural pathways towards some competing dogma?

Why does the states subcultures (arguably the foundation of the new left)have to become just as
exclusionary as the general population, especially when they pride themselves on being the
opposite.

If the political sub cultures in the states spent half as much time defending and fighting for justice
as they spend defending they’re political theories (and rhetoric), we’d be much further down the
road towards the basic freedoms and liberties we all desire.
