"High debt levels deny Africa the means to break the cycle of poverty" hence the reason why they live in abject poverty on the richest continent on Earth. A strong and united Africa is what scares Global Government the most, which is why they have been utterly disabled, financially, politically, emotionally and physically.
Don't forget also that it was our godforsaken countries in western europe which first divided africa up into its current state, and we are to blame for most of its problems.
