The Parisian company hosting the World Bank on line conference (Monday 26th and Tuesday 26th replacing the cancelled Barcelona event, Canal Web, also host the televison programme for Le Monde Diplomatique (who weren't of course invited to speak at the conference, but maybe will be attending, (probably a very good lunch ;-)
