The World Bank is holding its Barcelona summit on development economics on-line. It will discuss issues regarding development and globalisation - but apparently well away from the Anarchist Travelling Circus (ATC). Is there any way the ATC can create a Seattle-moment in cyberspace? Perhaps something like the WTO action, where the organisation's website went off line.
