The Bush administration and the authorities in Belgrade both say that Yugoslavia must cooperate with NATO's Hague "War Crimes Tribunal" or the U.S. will prevent Yugoslavia from receiving "much-needed aid" from an IMF Donors' Conference in June. The SPS says a Donors' Conference would in fact facilitate the rape of Yugoslav industry and the Belgrade authorities know it.
