Alex Jones - The man who caught the elite with their pants down

townie | 22.05.2001 15:25

Alex Jones is an alternative film maker. His style is somewhat evangelical, and he is a devout christian. He does seem to be a bit of a redneck nationalist, but he has some VERY interesting stories.

On Sunday night, channel 4, I was introduced to Alex Jones. It was a documentary covering conspiracy theories and this week they were covering 'Bohemian Grove'.

You may not have heard of this men-only toff's club. It is in california, hidden away in an area of natural beauty, with lakes and forests scattered around the hilly retreat. Also contained in this patch of surprisingly unprotected land, is a 20 foot stone owl. And, if you are lucky enough to be able to visit on April 19th of each year, you will find a selection of world leaders, dressed up in purple robes, urinating on trees together and burning what appear to be effigies of small children.

I am assuming at this point that the children they burn are not real. There is no evidence to prove it one way or the other, since almost everyone who visits the grove, is sworn to secrecy.

This is what they call a 'burning of care'. The ceremony is thought to be related to similar acts of ritual sacrifice, from many different civilisations and ages, spanning thousands of years. Bizarrely, there is no attempt made to cover these activities up. The official line is that it is just theatre and that there are no sinister undertones.

Alex Jones own footage somewhat disputes that. The videos show a ringleader, also in purple garb, preaching in a *really* evil voice, how whoever shall mess with them will be anihillated and crushed and that these people are fools, fools, fools. Its very bizarre stuff. I really recommend you take a look at the photos and videos on his website ( http://www.infowars.com/bg1.html).

I have no doubt this is all true and valid evidence. It is very worth seeing and will give you an insight into how they really think.

Very weird stuff

22.05.2001 17:03

Yeah, I saw the documentary as well. Very, very weird shit was going on. American presidents such as Nixon, Reagan, Bush snr and Bush W have admitted attending. Kissinger was also a regular. Have a look at the photos, and remember them next time you see ol' Dubya preaching about family values and shit.

What freaked me out most of all though, was the burning of care. Exactly WHAT attitude does that inculcate amongst those there? 'Care' is something to be despised and burnt? It would explain Dubya's policies for a start . . .

Spooked.

they're all weird

interesting and all that, but to be honest i thought that alex jones was a serious weirdo too - did you see his rant in the car near the end? not the kind of guy I'd want to be round or even near.
plus - what a wimp! he and even more so jon ronson. they were in, could have wandered around, found out who was there, got interviews, tried to find out if there really was a sacrifice - if so of what (I doubt a child..) and what people attending (for example that old rocker who went to 'jew it up a bit') meant by the cremation of care? that was really the only telling bit - to me.

I laughed out loud when Mr. Alex Jones said that communists and socialists were running the world!

Mary Moore the "Sixties" activist with the most realistic view of 'Bohemian Grove' in the film runs the Bohemian Grove Action Network. Their website is:

It's a comedy program

Did you not realise Alex Jones is the American version of Trigger Happy TV ? That was a spoof broadcast. Bohemian Grove is an anagram, work it out.

i'm sorry?

Firstly, I don't see the anagram. That can be put down to intelligence (my lack of). Secondly, international heads of state and huge corporations are not generally known for making comedy programs, least of all one as clever as trigger happy tv. Thirdly, they don't deny it happens or exsists.

Since they are all sworn to absolute secrecy and most of them take this stuff very seriously, somehow i suspect marching around with a camera saying 'hi, i've come to expose your sick/disturbed rituals to the general population, would you like to say anything to camera' would not be a particularly productive method.

The interpretation of what happens there is wide open. I personally don't think the fact that it happens, is.

Them

24.05.2001 03:33

Funny, I've just finished reading the book 'them' by Jon Ronson which contains the account of the penetration of Bohemian Grove. What seems to be interesting are the wildly disparate accounts given by those in attendance. In the book, Jon Ronson gained access to this 'highly secretive' meeting by wearing a pair of slacks and a smart shirt and walking straight in through the security at the main gate. He was not even challenged. Alex Jones meanwhile went in through the undergrowth commando style (it should be pointed out that while Alex Jones DOES have credentials as a crusader against the new world order, he also hangs round with some pretty fruity right wing militia types - funny how right and left can converge when conspiracy raises its ugly head - and recently raised money for the rebuilding of the Branch Davidian church in Waco. Hmmmm).

The divergent impressions of the two men seemingly stemmed from the positions they occupied in terms of believing in the credibility of Bilderberg as a group. Ronson felt that Bilderberg was shadowy, secretive and powerful, while Jones thought that they were a manifestation of Satan on the planet. Ronson saw the ceremony as an excuse for the powerful and rich to schmooze with other equally endowed wankers in order to cement their status, whereas Jones felt that they were raising evil forces. The actual act of the ritual sacrifice, thought Ronson, was simply a vent for letting off steam: "Dull Care" he interpreted as being nothing more sinister than an euphemism for the toil of being a rich bastard CEO or politician - work and grind rather than compassion. He thought the meaning of the sacrifice and burning was simply that they were all on holiday, and that they would, for the duration of their sojourn, be leaving care and toil behind for a few days of rest. Jones's opinions were, as we have seen, of another colour altogether. It should also be noted that Ronson did not for a second think that the effigy was a live human being, or could have contained one. It was apparently not the effigy of a child, either.

This leaves us with a few things to think about: Ronson is either a member of, or has been intimidated by, Bilderberg into dumbing down his account so that readers think it's all just harmless rich fun going on at the Grove, or he is telling the truth. I would be inclined to believe him more than Jones to be honest. There is truth in the statement that all the big bad boys go down there - Dubya agreed to run after ".....a camping holiday in north California", and yes, the devil's spawn of Kissinger, Cheney, Reagan and Bush snr. among many others, do meet up there (along with Major and Prince Charles from this side of the pond). That these people rule the planet there can be no doubt, that they plot and plan the extension of their power at such meetings I would also grant, but on the possibility that they are some bizarre satanic sect I would prefer to sit on the 'doubt it' side of the fence. Such rantings (aliens, space lizards, human sacrifice) tend to detract from the real issue - that these people will stop at nothing, that human sacrifice is happening daily at their behest through war and starvation, and that in order to consolidate their power they have to meet sometimes. Hey, even utter bastards like camping..............don't they?

We all need something to believe!

I have watched this series with great interest, but this last one was the most telling.
Unfortunatly, people who do not understand the politican process, find the concept of networking quite off-putting. That people could talk to each other without a member of the public being around to hear it seems dangerous to them.

We heard a lot about big name attendants at this retreat and how it was really undemocratic. As far as I understood it, there were well over 500 people in attendance. Hence if a person who has attended the event, gets a powerful position, then we say that it was directly related to the event. What if someone attended, yet didn't get a powerful position? No-one would ever know! This seems to be a self fulfilling Conspiracy!

Alex Jones though seems to be very good at what he does, and he does seem to have a very good website. From a purely entertainment based asspect, I was impressed!
