America in a pickle

It all looks very apocolyptic, the powers that be draining every last drop of power they can find and feeding it to the beast. It would be so great to think that the cost increases were taking into account the damage to the environment, but oh no, it's only because all of a sudden they've hit this unfortunate stumbling block.

We are starting to reach the limits of the way the global empire is being run. Soon it won't just be electricity that is running out. Judging by today's election excitement, the people want a fight and the government are up for it. Well, John Presscott is at least.

The point is without change, this society will become unsustainable, and probably dangerous. I just hope people wake up soon.
