Spread it like wildfire

I hope you can keep it, I feel this would be a harder thing to acheive in London, due to the massive break down in communities. Still if it can spread to other places, it's a real the rest to their control. Of course nobody's in control.

Only 151 people voted? How many people live in the area?

If this spreads it could be compared to a Paris Commune type situation.
Without war.

Could some one please explain

What this actually means in real terms. Do the people no longer have to pay council taxes and obey by-laws?

Cheers
