German police forces carry away anti nuclear protestors in front of the nuclear plant in Neckarwestheim, some 40 kilometers north of Stuttgart, Southern Germany, on Tuesday, April 24, 2001. About 250 anti nuclear protesters blocked the transportation route of the convoi prior to scheduled nuclear waste transport from this site. After clearance of the street the transport of the three containers with nuclear waste to the recycling plant for nuclear waste in Sallafield, England, proceeded.
