As a middle class white youth with eyes and without prejudice I will confirm that there is cause for all that you feel. However, a reaction of violence is food for the enemy. The enemy who is not white, the enemy who is not black but the enemy who is fear and rage and misbalance! Malcom X and Martin Luther gave more volume to the voice of a community than an entire squadron of well equipped Panthers ever could. Don't burn the bridges! Bury the bullets!
The media has portrayed this as a 'race-riot' shown simultaneously with old film clips from the sixties, which WERE against the apartheid of the South. But they've also dragged up an old KKK case from the sixties, tried and convicted the perpetrator. They've ALWAYS known this guy was out there...only now they drag him in...why? Because they want to inflame white supremists and incite a race war!
