Cause and Effect

Whoever controls electromagnetic mind-altering technology, can control the minds of all men... and women, by using subliminal vocal commands, or inducing irrational emotions and unnatural reactions.

There is evidence that the US Government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, is being accomplished, by utilizing HAARP.

The unadulterated orgy of genocide in Rwanda, may have been such an experiment, on a mass scale, overseen by the UN. It was certainly not normal human behaviour.

It has other obvious uses, in accomplishing assassinations, random acts of terror or even inducing suicides. It could also explain unusual incidents like a Land Rover driving for no apparent or explicable reason onto the rails, in the path of an oncoming train causing death, destruction and further impeding travel.

The implications of this technology which the US government denies exists, is mind-boggling. Nothing can ever be what it seems again, and it is all for the purpose of NWO domination.

HAARP's space-generated ELF waves, coming back down to the earth, can be utilized in many different ways, such as communicating with submarines or creating harmful biological and mental effects upon a specifically targeted population. HAARP can also be utilized in a system of earth-penetrating tomography, for locating hidden underground bunkers in enemy territory or the buried arms, survival supplies, and valuable coins buried by U.S. patriots and militias.

The 1/96 'Progressive Magazine' reported that a 1995 article, "Non-Lethal Technology and Airpower", in the 'Air Command and Staff College's Airpower Journal', describes how so-called non-lethal psychotronic and electromagnetic weapons will be used against civilians:

"In the very near future, it will become clear that non-lethal methods have applicability across the entire spectrum of conflict, including crime and terrorism..."
"In this research paper, the authors reveal for the first time, the U.S. military is developing high-powered microwave weapons for use against human beings" (which is one of the hidden goals of the HAARP transmitters).

Such "microwave weapons are almost uniquely intrusive" (especially when they are pulsed at ELF frequencies). "They do not simply attack a person's body, they reach all the way into a person's mind...They are meant to disorient or upset mental stability."

Travel risk

Britain is the 4th richest nation, yet has the worst, most unreliable, most life-threatening rail system, probably in the World. I would like to think it was just down to incompetence and greed, but one gets the feeling there is an agenda. Two many inquiries, no constructive conclusions and always blamed on dead drivers, who can’t defend themselves. Travel is now a major risk, when it should be a public service.

Be realistic!

There have been more than enough massacres and pogroms throughout history to demonstrate that Rwanda unfortunately is part of normal human behaviour. Furthermore, drivers lose control of cars everyday and end up off the road - this one just missed the crash barrier. Britain might well have a badly run public transport system, but anyone who thinks it's 'probably' the worst in the world has obviously never been outside the UK!

I travelled europe last year and of the 7 countries i visited, every single one had a far superior rail network.

Prague has the most gorgeous underground i've ever seen, and i couldn't find a single underground system where you had to walk more than 20 metres or so to reach a station.

The uk rail network is a badly managed deathtrap. Perhaps the people requesting more organ donations should spend more time at railway stations so that next time there is an entirely unsurprising crash there might be some benefit to our hospitals (also death traps).
