The Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday have been the mouth piece for the police federation, publishing irrelevant and untrue information about Delroy and Sonia Lindo. This protest has been called by the Lindos.

The Metropolitan Police Authority and the Metropolitan Police Service carried out an inquiry into the harassment of the Lindo family. Delroy Lindo was last arrested and in detention 5 hours, for allegedly sucking his teeth in an aggressive manner.

Recently the findings of the Lindo Inquiry report has concluded:

- That there was unwarranted targeting and harassment of the Lindo family.

There has been more than 93 intelligence reports against the Lindo family, when the family was not classified as criminals. Out of 400 known criminals only one had as many intelligence reports against them.
Therefore the intelligence reports against the Lindo's was disproportionate.
The report recommends that Deputy Commissioner an Blair publicly apologises to the Lindo's and for a mediation process to take place. (which still has not been done)

Since the findings of the report Senior officers in Scotland yard and Metropolitian Solicitors, are heavily resisting the findings, and have formed an alliance with

Chester Stern & Steven Wright of the Daily Mail & Mail on Sunday to wage a direct adverse WITCH-HUNT campaign against Delroy Lindo.

We saw the worst case of media adverse campaign and witch-hunt waged by the Daily Mail in the case of Winston Silcott.
