There was the Oklahoma bombing (a small nuclear device) blamed on Extremists...(very isolated incidents for extremists) The Lockerbie bomb, carried out by one Libyan, despite the fact that the whole of Libya denies any involvement and had no hostage or demands or motive. Gassing of undergrounds, bus bombs in Israel (to vilify Palestinians) I could go on and on...Gujerat...total destruction! Say no more.

For over 25 years a so-called Terrorist group has existed without ever catching one individual. Some say it is obviously difficult to catch a Terrorist group made up by the security services... but on account of the activities of so-called November 17th a whole barrage of anti-Terrorist laws are being implemented.
