Simply put: Nostradamus didn't write or say that. If your looking for intersting stuff he said try this one "To an old leader will be born an idiot heir, weak both in knowledge and in war." - Nostradamus, Century I, 78. Keep in mind though that this was taken out of context, and it's possible that it lost its original meaning during translation.
