If capitalist borders are closing as the article writer asserts how can it be that millions of people have relocated from the overspill of the NATO wars in the Balkans, the wars in Africa etc.
The liberalisation of capital leads inevitably to the liberalisation of immigration. The liberalisation of immigration leads inevitably to an oversupply of labour. An oversupply of labour leads inevitably to lower wages.
One only has to notice that each new wave of refugees undercuts every other wave in hours worked, wages etc.
Imperialism in its present form is seeking to create a world only for transnational corporations where every one will be paid a minimum wage initially and then will work at the point of a gun like Hitler.
Those who campaign for Open Borders for Imperialism are campaigning on behalf of the Transnational Corporations, the Free Tax Zones, their 'illegal' labour etc.
