Found this one just by chance.
A man is making serious allegations about the quality of Navy lifeboats, which he claims are so badly maintained as to put lives in danger. He also claims that he has been sacked for pointing out the danger, and also that the Union has refused to support his case , hence the venue for the action.
This seems to be a spontaneous protest without any overt political agenda.
