What you are supporting is revenge. Revenge breeds revenge, and so the cycle of violence. The world's literature has tried to communicate this, the world's history has shown this, and continues to show this - the problem is you cannot see it. This is not a partizan opinion on my part. Israel's acts of "retaliation" are, called by their accurate name acts of revenge, and are just as stupid and primitive as anything else. If you do not understand this you need to. Otherwise you are a primitive thinking juvenile. You are also being led by your anger. If I kick you you will get a bruise. If you kick me back in revenge I will have a bruise. There will then be two bruises. In your mind you have cancelled out the first bruise in a mathematical way, but actually you will have created a second one, ie doubled the damage. And your bruise will hurt just as much as before - kicking me won't help. It is a completely spurious pattern of thought described in English by the word expiation. Think about it.
