Since many of you are contacting and pressuring Czech embassies and can also exert pressure from your own countries on the foreign embassies here, which are not responding entirely as they should, we thought it might be useful for you to know the numbers and nationalities of people we are missing or might be arrested whom we don't know the names of.
Many embassies are unhelpful in giving names or information and we are very aware that the police and the government will only pass on information to them when they ask for it. It would be great if they could be pressured into putting out lists, for example. At least we would have a place to start.

USA 1 We thought was in prison. Confirmed FREE. US Embassy swears all free.
UK not mentioned 1 arrested at the Border when leaving the Czech Republic. Unclear story. in prison, charged, bail 120,000kc not paid.
Spain 2 2 in prison (Pankrac), charged, 1 month till trial, no bail offered - have lawyer.
Denmark 3 2 in prison (Pankrac), charged
Hungary 7 2 men in Pankrac charged - CONFIRMED - They say at least 3 women are in prison also. We have 7 people in our database as detained.
Rumania 2 5 still in Balkova prison when everyone left. No further confirmation and no names.
Czech not mentioned At least one confirmed and charged.
Austrian 1 1 now free on bail, charged
Ukrania not mentioned 1 badly beaten up woman was seen remaining in Balkova when all left. We are trying to find a scrap of paper with her outside contact. No more news.
Kurdish not mentioned 2 last seen in Balkova when others left. Believed to live in Turkey. No contact.
Germany 1 1 in prison, charged for thowing stones at police. Has lawyer. Relatives came to visit but this was denied.
Poland 3 1 Polish man with wounded head confirmed in Pankrac, charged. We had a call from someone's parents to say their son is still in jail. We think this is probably the same person. charged
As well as 42 persons of unknown nationality who may be missing or still arrested. Not all of them will be, but the sooner we have names the sooner we can find out.
