Michel Dennis 30 yrs of Ashdown Way, Tooting, London was sentenced to 1 yr
Assistant Chief Constable Peter Davies further said, "The investigation and prosecution of this case achieved three things: Firstly, the removal of this extreme and unlawful material from public circulation; second, the disruption or dismantling of an extreme right wing group engaged in illegally inciting people to extreme racial violence; thirdly, the bringing to justice of six people involved in this criminal activity. This case and the sentences handed down today should serve as a clear message to two types of person. To those who might be contemplating committing similar offences, it should serve as a warning that the police service will treat their offending seriously and bring them to justice. To victims of hate crime, I believe it shows that the police service will take this type of criminality seriously. I would take this opportunity to encourage victims of hate crime, who may be wondering whether they should bother reporting it to the police to do so - in the expectation that it will be treated seriously and investigated thoroughly."
