STRANGE RED EARTH TO ROCK TORQUAY ON 18TH MAY

Strange Red Earth are set to rock Torquay on Friday 18th May in the purpose built rock auditorium of Pub Alibi, St Marychurch. The show will start at 8pm and the set will include the band’s greatest hits including “Limbo of the Alsorans” old favourites like “Terminal”, newest release track, and iTunes hit “Perfect People” and almost certainly not “Sister Mutant”, even though the crowd will no doubt yet again chant for this almost forgotten classic.
To experience the unique sound, come on over to Pub Alibi at 8pm on Friday 18th May.

NOTES FOR EDITORS
[Background Information]:
DEAD CROW RECORDS was set up by fans of STRANGE RED EARTH in June 2011 to promote the band’s unique sound. The Facebook page “Let’s Get Strange Red Earth to Christmas Number One” has 1,200 members and looks to be following in Rage Against the Machine’s footsteps as the main player against X-Factor in the race to the 2012 christmas number one.
STRANGE RED EARTH was formed around Torbay, UK in the early 1990s. The Members are ‘R’ (Lead Guitar and Vocals), ‘Blackstone’ (Bass) and ‘Sleyer’ (Drums). They make dynamic, atmospheric rock that could be performed and recorded in a professional way.
The band has never played covers and only plays it’s own brand of original rock.
STRANGE RED EARTH has recorded 6 albums and numerous EPs which have sold steadily over the years.
