Ideas for Freedom 2008 - this weekend

Ideas for Freedom | 10.07.2008 13:28 | Gender | Social Struggles | Workers' Movements | London | South Coast

Ideas for Freedom is an annual weekend of socialist debate and discussion hosted by the Alliance for Workers' Liberty. Its purpose is to facilitate discussion about the way forward for working-class, anti-capitalist struggle, help us develop our ideas and persuade activists to join the fight for socialism. Speakers this year include Alain Krivine, one of the leaders of the French student movement in 1968; and Mike Sambo of the International Socialist Organisation of Zimbabwe on Zimbabwean workers' fight against Mugabe.

£25 waged, £18 students/low-waged, £13 unwaged. Book in advance and get a £3 reduction on these prices. (If you really can't afford this, get in touch.) Day tickets also available. You can book online at  http://www.workersliberty.org/ideas
