why just one day?

I don't understand why the call is for only one day. Surely if you boycott a supermarket every day, then the message will be even clearer?

And, if you decide to boycott all supermarkets every day, buying your stuff locally instead (local shops, local markets) you can suddenly find yourself leading a much fairer, healthier and more ecological, sustainable lifestyle.

All you need to do is discover your local outlets - there are markets everywhere,
