Phone call saying the convoy was moving came at 10:00. Just made it to the ring road in time. Must have missed the first outriders as I crossed the road. Saw one spare tractor unit, two load carriers, one (maybe two) military landrovers, one police van and a fire engine moving in a widely spaced convoy with some traffic intermingled with it.
