At Scottish parliament 11am – 12pm
Child abduction and child cruelty organised by corrupt members of Scottish Authority
AELA ANNE ROSE BOYD (DOB 06/02/00)
Abducted by strangers 15/11/2002
The pre-planned abduction occurred during an access visit by the mother, and against a court agreement. Aela was then left without a visit from anyone familiar to her for three months while the Sheriff involved attempted to bribe the father with contact in exchange for custody to the abducting party. This was done before the Sheriff had heard any evidence about either party.
The issue has since been passed around many levels of Scottish authority since, to no avail. Neither Aela or her father have had any fairness, assistance or just treatment from the courts or any Scottish authority.
The sheriff involved has consistently ignored all evidence, including a child psychologist report that strongly condemns the abduction and recommends the child be returned to the father at the earliest opportunity.
The Children’s Act 1995 states that “under no circumstances should the continuity of a childs life be disrupted by any local authority or any other person.” This is also a very clear breach of law and an abuse of her human and childs rights to:
a) right to a private home life
b) right to security of person
c) right to freedom from inhumane treatment
d) right to remain in contact with family and friends
She has also reported abuse and physical suffering (ignored by authorities)
It has now been a year and a half since Aela has had any contact (including no telephone contact for three years) with any person familiar to her prior to her abduction.
We are calling for a public inquiry / criminal investigation by the Scottish Executive who continue to ignore this injustice against an innocent child.
DEMONSTRATION 11am -12pm outside Scottish parliament,
Edinburgh
Aela continues to suffer after three years to protect professional reputations.
