Since this racist shite is still visible though, here is why it is shite.
Even proponents of IQ don't equate it with actual intelligence. Since Jews in the US have a far higher IQ than average then there can be no serious racial explanation of IQ variance. This repeated variance between a diasporas IQ and the 'mother country' exposes the central mistake of racist inquiry, that there are no hard and fast races. Race is as abstract and arbitary a concept as class.
Correlation isn't causation. Differences in education expenditure and access would be a more reasonable explantion of any such correlation.

Worse than that though, is insulting to the reader for IM to leave it visible as if it is something worth debating or arguing against. Rough rule of thumb, filter out any post that contains the words Race and IQ. That post is so fucking racist it is probably illegal to publish it without a disclaimer.
