On Monday 14th of May, holocaust denying Nazi fuckwit Nick Griffin will be speaking at Bath University... unless we stop him!
The demo will kick off at 5 in the evening on the main strip at Bath University, we dont know where exactley yet as the room he will be speaking in hasn't been announced, but the demo will be very large, so we'll be pretty visible.
Joining the demo will be an 'Anti-fascist bloc' alligning themselves to the 'no platform for nazis' position. Our aim will be to stop Griffin talking and spreading his message of hate and racial violence. To find us on the day, look for a banner reading 'SMASH THE NAZI BNP!'
The demo will involve large student and union groups, plus concerned individuals, so there is the freedom for everyone to protest in a way that suits them. Unions and activists from around the South West and further are organising for the demo, which is shaping up to be pretty huge!
The Anti Fascist bloc will be committed to disrupting the talk, and hopefully preventing it from taking place.
Nick Griffin has been banned from every university in the country, except Bath University. Lets make sure they aren't eager to have him back!
Also, Danny Lake, the nazi student who invited Griffin is the national BNP youth organiser. He is contactable via facebook.
