eFoodSafety Subsidiary, Knock-out Technologies, Ltd.'s Big Six
Germicidal Eradicates Bird Flu Virus
Tuesday March 29, 8:01 am ET

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2005--
eFoodSafety.com (OTCBB: EFSF - News), a company that provides
effective methods and products to ensure the safety of fruits,
vegetables and meats, today announced through its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd., that the Company's "Big
Six" Germicidal product has demonstrated conclusive results in
completely eradicating the Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) virus with
100% efficacy.
The "Big Six" Germicidal, constructed entirely of food-grade
materials, is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and has completely
eradicated all strains of the "bird flu" virus during independent
laboratory testing.

According to Dr. Julie L. Gerberding, head of the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention, in a press release dated February
21, 2005, the avian flu epidemic is the most important threat that
the CDC is facing right now and that scientists believe that, "it is
highly likely that the virus that has swept through bird populations
in Asia will evolve into a pathogen deadly for humans."

"Knock-Out Technologies has the product ready at the right time,
prior to this virus mutating to a human form of pandemic
proportions. We anticipate the number of lives that could be helped
by this product's early use could be staggeringly significant,"
stated Mark Taggatz, President and CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc.

According to Mr. Taggatz, representatives of the company have been,
and are, currently in contact with selected Asian countries to clear
the way for immediate testing of this product in their regions.

About Avian Influenza

Avian influenza, or "bird flu", is a contagious disease of animals
caused by viruses that normally infect only birds and, less commonly
pigs. While all bird species are thought to be susceptible to
infection, domestic poultry flocks are especially vulnerable to
infections that can rapidly reach pandemic proportions. Such an
outbreak could last years and be extremely devastating to the
economic conditions of developing countries or where poultry raising
is an important source of income. Further, the particular strand of
avian influenza that is circulating presently has jumped the species
barrier, causing severe disease in humans, even death in Thailand
and Vietnam.

About eFoodSafety.com, Inc.

eFoodSafety.com, based in North Palm Springs, Calif., provides a
proprietary ozonation technology system that cleans and sanitizes

be utilized for direct application on food products. The company's
Ozone Safe Food subsidiary has developed joint relationships with
distributors for its ozone equipment, which reduces pathogens and
provides longer shelf to fresh produce and meat. The company's Knock-
Out Technologies subsidiary has developed an unique, one-of-a-kind,
all-natural and environmentally safe sporocidal that eradicates
anthrax, as well as a germicidal product that kills six major
bacteria: E-coli, Listeria, Pseudomonas, Salmonella, Staphylococcus,
and Streptococcus, and is currently undergoing testing to eliminate
the avian flu virus.

You know it garbage because of phrases like these:

"demonstrated conclusive results in completely eradicating"

"with 100% efficacy"

"product's early use could be staggeringly significant"

So why the need to test:-
"contact with selected Asian countries to clear the way for immediate testing of this product in their regions"

They make, and sell sell sell, bottles of disinfective:-
"technology system that cleans and sanitizes equipment and other hard surfaces"

Surely Dettol would work for killing avian flu virus? Or carbolic acid, for that matter? I read it as a straight press-release from a company trying to pump its share-price, by trying to take advantage of the bird-flu scare.
