For trying to Ask Nick Clegg whether he supported a state funeral for Margaret Thatcher, not only was I bundled to the ground by Nick Clegg's security staff (see 'Lib-Dems turn out for Clegg in spite of “Elvis”' - Times 17 May) but I was banned for life from the NEC in Birmingham for distributing some leaflets to the Lib-Dem delegates titled 'Turn Public Schools into Pound Shops.
