The request made to INTERPOL to issue red alert notices against11 of the political activists

has come from the office of Public Prosecutor in Sanandaj.


It is ironic that such a request has been raised by an agency that has, since its inception, been continually engaged in a range of most horrific crimes against humanity and the subject of these requests happened to be those who managed to escape and have been campaigning to expose these crimes. And the current prosecutor general and the head of the public and revolutionary courts in the province of Kurdistan, Ali Akbar Gharoosi, has personally and directly been involved in perpetrating most of the state sponsored crimes against the people of Kurdistan. The Association for the Defence of Human Rights and Political Prisoners in Iran have kindly supplied us with the following brief account of the activities of the Public and Revolutionary courts in Kurdistan.
