Habeas Corpus Application for Hearing in the High Court of Justice

Campaign for truth & Justice | 18.07.2009 07:24 | Analysis | Repression | Social Struggles | Birmingham | World

Time has finally ran out for Jack Straw (Justice secretary) and the Judiciary of England & Wales, which has remained guilty of the most severe perversion of justice imaginable, aided and abetted by other Public Authorities, Media Organizations, Downing Street and several Members of Parliament.

Mr. Caul Silford Grant will be at the High Court of Justice Tuesday, 21st of July 2009 (9am to 4pm) at Charring Cross the Strand, London WC2. This will be for the hearing of his Habeas Corpus Application which he lodged 29th June 2009 to the courts for his Unlawful Imprisonment and severe ongoing violations of the Rule of Law.

Mr. Grant's arguement simplified is that he 'was subjected to a trial made UNLAWFUL under section 6(1) of the Human rights Act 1998 and was UNLAWFULLY convicted and imprisoned since 16th August 2003'
