If he has pissed off a lot of people then get in touch with all these people and do something about it.

The obvious thing would be for all of you to go down there when there is an important Cafe One event on and protest inside at what a dick he has been.

You could post the date and time of the event on Indymedia and anyone else who he has been a dick to could come down too.

The protest could be entitled "protest for anyone who Sam and Setsu at Cafe One has been a dick to".

Your not the only one whos been messed around by him!

phone the local police tell them you will be entering the property when its open to recover your property which has been stolen, you can within your rights do this, I cant remember what law it is, but I'm sure a free one hour session with the citizens advuce bureau will tell you, go down with 4-5 people to help you, should he try to stop you phone the police and have him aressted for assault, this is one way the law can work in your favour, you need no court orders or anything, if he rekons he owns them, just ask him to produce a written agreement that he does, there is none, so the police have to act in your favour. your loan period has ended, simple.

you are recovering your property, you would need a court order for breaking and entering but if its open then just go down. any intervention by security will also render them for assult, maybe take someone down as a spare who is not involved so they can start filming if you get assaulted, I hate bullies, you have done this person a favour.
