1 woman under arrest remains in hospital
1 woman released on police bail pending further investigations
7 men face Burglary and Criminal Damage charges
2 of them face Breach of Bail charges
1 of them faces charge of damage to police cell
3 of the arrestees were not involved in the decommissioning action and were arrested somewhere other than the EDO MBM ITT factory premises
It is believed EDO MBM are claiming that costs of damage caused to the factory and loss of business is above £250,000!!
