The Novartis lawn mower spent a good 20 minutes mowing the already shorn grass next to the demo area in an attempt to drown out our chants. Needless to say we were in good fettle and continued to shout above the din, much to the dismay of the staff trying to grab a quiet lunch in the nearby canteen!
We noticed the security had moved their dictaphone to a location (tree) nearer to us.
What do they expect to hear we wonder..... Who's job is it to listen to it?
Anyway, we're sure the recording was really interesting zzzzzzz...
Yet again, people walking past the protest are very interested in the campaign and are shocked to learn that animal experiments are actually carried out there.
