The GOOD NEWS is that the latest figures show that Fusion has dramatically reduced TCP's emissions by two thirds, way below what is expected for a leisure centre of this type and size. So the carbon emission argument, like the financial one, like the transport one, cannot be used to argue for TCP closure.
We now have two NEW petitions, since the Council simply ignored the last one. See the Petitions page for more information, and/or click on http://tinyurl.com/savetcp2 and http://tinyurl.com/savetcp3 to sign online.
More info on website http://savetemplecowleypools.webs.com, via savetcp@gmail.com or http://www.twitter.com/SaveTCP. Come to our weekly meetings to get more involved and help stop the city council wasting £16.5m!
