As of tonight Kate and Ludd are still up the tower, which is now penned in with some new fencing - to stop the tower (or Kate and Ludd?) from escaping (although it has not stopped a visitor from popping up to see them). Security is provided by MoD police and a firm called Corporate security (based in Basingstoke). Ground level visitors included a director from Babcock engineering....K & L in good mood, ready to greet the morning's workers with 35 foot banner saying US bases out of Britain.
