The progamme is 10am presentations [in Council Chamber probably]
There will be speakers from Kenya and Columbia explaining the impact
of the 'monsters' WTO WB etc.

This will be followed at 11.0am by two separate lobby opportunities
with Andrew Smith and Evans.

What actions people feel appropiate is up to them
some activists feel protest against Andrew Smith should take place while disrupting the
event might be counter productive. Placards and a `welcome' at the
door plus taking advantage of the lobby opportunities to ask Smith
about the war seem the best actions to me.
